Jacquelin F. Drucker, Esq. is a full-time arbitrator of employment, labor, and complex commercial matters. In a practice that spans and reaches beyond the United States, Arbitrator Drucker has decided more than one thousand cases involving the full spectrum of disputes that arise from employment relationships, under collective bargaining agreements, and through commercial transactions. She is listed as permanent arbitrator in dozens of collective bargaining agreements in a wide variety of industries and has arbitrated employment disputes involving claims of race, sex, religious, and national-origin discrimination, alleged breaches of individual employment contracts, and legal actions under non-compete, trade secret, and anti-poaching clauses.
